Staehle Group decided to prepare a voluntary sustainability report for staehle for the first time for the 2024 fiscal year. The goal was to bring together the wide range of existing sustainability activities and initiatives in a clear, structured, and easily understandable format. For external communication with customers and banks, as well as internally with the workforce, and as a basis for future business decisions. Although there was no legal reporting requirement, the report\u2019s content was to be aligned with ESRS standards while simultaneously highlighting staehle\u2019s brand identity and vision for the future.<\/p>\n<p>Building on the double materiality analysis already conducted by Fokus Zukunft, the task was to prioritize the relevant topics in a meaningful way and translate them into a target-group-oriented reporting framework. A particular challenge was to combine technical depth with clear language and an appealing visual design, ensuring the report is accessible to both experts and non-technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n    <\/div>            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"col-lg-6 rechte-spalte position-relative\">\n                <div class=\"text \">\n        <h3>Our solution approach<\/h3>\n<p>Fokus Zukunft handled the conception and execution of the sustainability report\u2014from structuring the content and drafting the text to the final graphic design.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe collaboration helped us structure our sustainability topics more precisely and present them in a way that truly resonates with our customers.
