Step 1

Status quo & contextualization

We start by analyzing the current status of your sustainability strategy in the context of CSRD. We examine your business model, your value chain and the underlying stakeholder mapping. In addition, we evaluate the process logic from the longlist to the midlist to the shortlist to ensure transparency, traceability and regulatory resilience.

Step 2

Methodical screening

We then check the applied methodology for ESRS conformity. We analyze the structure of the double materiality analysis, the identification of IROs (impacts, risks and opportunities) and the validity of the impact assessment. In addition, we consider human rights references, time horizons, dependencies and the design of stakeholder engagement in order to evaluate the methodological quality holistically.

Content screening

In this step, we assess the plausibility of the content of the identified IROs. We carry out a plausibility screening and compare your results with sector-specific materiality analyses, if available. We also identify potential for improvement at IRO level. We prioritize essential and optional optimization potentials and formulate concrete recommendations for action to further develop your dual materiality analysis.
